Complete Incinerator Systems for
Industrial and Community Applications

The E Line models are available in 25 to 155 kg/hr sizes for small clinics and hospitals and other commercial applications. The E Line incinerator is a simplified version of our PVCA & PHCA models and is outfitted with economy priced components. The unit meets many U.S. standards while providing simplistic and fuel efficient operation. Most E Line units are shipped in one piece, except for the stack, ready to use. Installation involves plugging the unit in to 115 or 220 v outlet and connecting the fuel.

The PMW models are in the development stage with potential buyers in several countries at the time of this publication. These incinerator systems offer 95-98% reduction by weight of combustible municipal waste. The PMW models are available in 36 TPD and 72 TPD models. The PMW models are designed to be affordable, fuel efficient, and simplistic to operate, while reducing waste to a manageable volume. The units operate free of visible emission (smoke) with low particulate output, they do not, however, meet EPA standards without the addition of very expensive monitoring and air pollution control equipment.

The PLW models are used for disposal of liquid waste. The units employ air or pressure atomization of liquid waste in a combustion chamber of one or two seconds residence time at up to 2200 F. The units are skid mounted and ready for use.
